Capturing Your Idea and Digital Realization
In the first step, we capture your promotional idea and ask all the necessary questions to prepare the ideal custom proposal. This includes standard inquiries such as: What is the brand message? Sustainable – yes or no? What is the occasion? Once we have all the answers, we create a visualization of the product. This typically involves a 2D vector graphic specifying size, material, logo placement, utility, etc. We follow this exact same process for custom modifications to existing products.
Receive A Quote and Order A Sample
Once we have received all your information and selected our proposals internally, we will email you a quote for custom production with various modification options within 1–3 business days. Like all our quotes, this is naturally non-binding and 100% free. Attached to the email, you will find initial design proposals along with a brief explanation of our recommendations and the vision behind them. If the vector preview is not enough, you are welcome to order a physical sample for approx. €50–100 (depending on the product), which will arrive via air freight within 7 business days. If you are satisfied with the 2D graphics and the sample and wish to proceed with the project, we will send you a final summary with all details for your confirmation.
Second Review & Production Approval
After receiving your summary and confirming the order in writing, we initially produce just a single first unit of your custom item. We will send you photos and videos of this sample so you can view the "final product" before mass production begins. Once you have approved this second review, serial production of your entire order commences. After production, the goods are packaged as agreed and shipped to their destination. The available shipping options were already outlined in our email quote, but you can find further information on the various freight possibilities here. Please do not worry about customs or shipping when importing from abroad. We work very closely with customs authorities, and our partners have not had a single incident in the last 20 years.
Receive and Inspect Custom Promotional Products
It is time to inspect the custom order and provide feedback (if you wish). Once your custom-made products have arrived at your or your client's location, we always ask that you open at least one item to verify the quality and check for any damage. If you find any issues, please contact us as soon as possible. Please note that damage to the outer shipping cartons is excluded from this, as their purpose is solely protection and they may sustain wear during transit.
